QUEENSBRIDGE STORY collects the very best samples from the library of a giant of New York hip hop, Havoc – curated by the man himself. These kits and instruments deliver a gritty blend of hip hop’s second golden age and the new-classic stylings heard on some of the hottest contemporary hits – a signature sound of pure fire by one of hip hop’s living legends.

Havoc first rose to fame as a member of Mobb Deep – one of the hardest hitting duos to emerge from the early 90s hip hop scene in Queens, NY. His signature production style was featured on recordings from Nas, The Notorious B.I.G., P. Diddy, Method Man, and many more. In his second decade as a producer, Havoc also took up MC duties on his solo records while contributing production duties to 50 Cent. Now, approaching the 30-year mark in a career of highlights, Havoc’s sound can be heard on fresh cuts from Kanye West’s The Life of Pablo.
